1.For every transaction, users can earn the number of Reward Points equal to the order amount, i.e. HK$1 = 1 Reward Point. Decimal Values will be rounded off.

2.Reward Points can only be used for gifts redemption and are not exchangeable for cash.

3.Redemptions cannot be amended, canceled or revoked upon acceptance.

4.If item(s) redeemed is/are out of stock, we reserve the right to replace it/them with other item(s) of similar value or function without prior notice.

5.Photos and items features are for reference only.

6.Fraud and abuse relating to the earning of Reward Points or redemption may result in the forfeiture of accrued Reward Points as well as the cancellation of the account.

7.Reward Points are valid until 31 December of each year. Unused Points will expire automatically on 1 January the following year. Points earned between 1 October and 31 December each year will expire on 31 March the following year.

8.PizzaBird has the absolute discretion to make changes or terminate the benefits, offers and features of this program from time to time without prior notice to you. In the event of any dispute for these Terms and Conditions, our decision shall be final and conclusive.
